In a recent interview with Flex Lewis, Strickland appeared as a guest and discussed certain views. The video titled ‘MMA is shady’ saw the UFC middleweight contender talk about the MMA world.

Sean Strickland criticized the American society

Sean Strickland has always been an advocate of toughness. A proud patriot that he is, Strickland has always been vocal about his thoughts on social issues. This time, he shared his opinion on the ‘toughness’ of American society.

Strickland said, “The skill level is definitely getting better, but the toughness isn’t. Look at Americans, and you see f*****g kicking a**. And you don’t see many. You see, a lot of these foreign m*****f*****s grinding to live in life. Americans are f*****g soft dude.”

‘Tarzan’ has similarly spoken about a lot of topics in the UFC. Recently, Strickland was highly critical of Dana White regarding fighters pay.

Sean Strickland was all praise for the foreign fighters in the MMA world. He criticized the culture that is created by the Americans where the fighters coming out of the society are ‘soft’. ‘Tarzan’ is of the opinion that “Dagestanis’ don’t give a f***” about social justice or oppression. He jokingly said that these foreign fighters just want to grind and fight bears.

Strickland also went on to explain that he does not think America is bad in regard to society. But he further explained that for MMA, one does not need a ‘softer’ breed of society.
