Nunes initially trained at MMA Masters. However, after her T/KO loss against Cat Zingano at UFC 178, she decided to join ATT, which is located in Coconut Creek, Florida. Now that she has lost a fight while training under ATT, it looks like ‘The Lioness’ wants to move on to a much better training camp.

The 33-year-old’s wife, UFC strawweight Nina Ansaroff, will also thus part ways with the team. Details about the name and location of their gym have not yet been disclosed. Training in a gym built around Nunes’ needs would perhaps play a huge role in helping her recapture the bantamweight title.

However, many are of the opinion that in a second fight with Peña, Nunes would emerge as the winner.
