Even though he’s 57 years old, Joe Rogan’s physique is a testament to his life-long dedication to maintaining peak condition! The UFC color commentator and the host of the JRE (Joe Rogan Experience) is a die-hard fitness buff and regularly espouses the benefits of ice baths, health supplements, and rigorous training on his show. But is that all you really need to look like Joe Rogan when you’re 50+ years old?
Fans have often criticized the podcast host for the changes in his body over the years. At the UFC 300 event, a picture of Rogan with the broadcast team went viral online. The image of Rogan’s body, seemingly affected by the use of HGH (human growth hormone) drew many concerned reactions from the netizens. The same happened during his appearance on Action Bronson’s food show, ‘F**K That’s Delicious’.

Yet, Rogan hasn’t shied away from admitting to using TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and HGH to keep his body going. In a past episode of the JRE, Rogan had confessed, “Now, I take human growth hormone and testosterone. I go for hormone replacement therapy. I don’t need more [testosterone]. It’s a very light dose… It does wonders for your body.”
In case you’re wondering if actually does “wonders”, then look no further than the recent picture the podcast host shared on his Instagram. For the JRE episode no. 2194, Rogan featured Luis Elizondo on the show. Elizondo is the former head of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) but the fans were more interested in comparing the physiques between the two men! Here’s a look at what the fandom had to say!
Fans can’t help but marvel at the eerily similar physiques of Joe Rogan and his latest guest
The jabs started off with the fans pointing out the ‘gun show’ on display in the picture. Rogan and Elizondo are both wearing short-sleeved shirts and according to the comments, it’d be hard for them to fit into anything else with their bulging biceps.
“I know a sleeve hates to see these dudes walk in the room”
Other fans cheekily questioned if Elizondo is the first guest on the JRE to have almost an identical physique to Rogan. It’s hard to say but Elizondo must’ve put in significant time in the gym to achieve that honor as Rogan’s warm-ups are tough enough to be the entire workout for many people. In a previous episode of the JRE, the podcast host had revealed, “Every day I do a hundred pushups and a hundred bodyweight squats. On a slantboard. So I do those and by that time I’m warmed up.”!
“is this the first guest to have the same build as Joe”
Some referred to Elizondo’s time as the director of the now-defunct AATIP which was an effort funded by the government to study UFOs and other similar strange phenomena. It’s hard to answer whether there was any alien involvement in Elizondo’s physique but intense hours at the gym are definitely a factor.
“Did the aliens enhance his triceps?”

The jabs didn’t stop coming as fans pointed out that Elizondo’s arm structure looks like his biceps are attached in the opposite way.
“Who put my man’s bicep on backwards”
Other fans pointed out the proportions of Rogan’s body. The question of the podcaster’s height has been a point of debate for a lot of the fans. And in the past, Rogan had come out and cleared the air by stating, “It’s people being changing Wikipedia because we were joking around about it. I’m short, but not that short 5′ 8.”

“I feel like Joe has the legs of someone who’s 5’6″ and the torso of 6′ dude”
The reactions to Joe Rogan’s latest picture on social media highlight the fact that whether it’s admiration, curiosity, or just a bit of fun, fans always have something to say about the immensely popular podcaster. His dedication to fitness, transparency about his health choices, and the reactions they stir continue to be as much a part of his persona as his podcast itself.
