Michael Bisping feels training with Jon Jones will help ‘Poatan’ improve his game

The rise of Alex Pereira in the UFC has caught the attention of many, including Jon Jones. The 36-year-old once declared that his fight with Alex Pereira will be the biggest fight in MMA history. However, with Jones declaring that his fight at UFC 309 might just be his last, the clash is now a distant dream. During his interview, Pereira made it clear that he wanted to pick the brains of the greatest fighter in MMA by training with him. Former UFC champion Michael Bisping seemed absolutely thrilled with the idea and shared his opinion on the whole.

‘The Count’ took to his YouTube channel, where he discussed the possible scenario. He believes Pereira’s biggest weakness, which is his ground game, will improve massively under the guidance of Jones. He said, “But what I am saying is Pereira is going to know all kinds of stuff. And how Jon Jones can help Alex Pereira. Well, we all know the wrestling isn’t the best.” Bisping also pointed out that Pereira will also help Jones in terms of his striking, and the pair can help each other elevate their game.
