The fighter took to his Instagram handle to upload a story where he uploaded a story which showcased Jon Jones as the P4P #1 fighter and captioned it, “With this change only, I would be already happy.” Well, Alex Pereira is not the only one from the UFC who is irked by the ranking status as even Dana White is furious about the new rankings. The UFC CEO took to his Instagram handle to state that he would address the situation, emphasizing his is collaboration with META to ensure the 2025 rankings will be powered by AI. Dana White is keen on making Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall

Ahead of the UFC 309, the UFC CEO emphasized that if Jon Jones wanted to continue fighting after the Saturday night event, then he would have to defend his title against Tom Aspinall. Interestingly, the heavyweight champion is open to fight Aspinall but with a caveat. What is his condition to fight Aspinall? Well, Jones wants a Texas-sized deal in order to fight Aspinall but wait the UFC CEO might have agreed to it.

At the post-fight press conference, the UFC CEO emphasized that this fight would firsure be the biggest fight of the heavyweight division ever and he is up for taking chances, “It would be the biggest heavyweight fight in UFC history, by a long shot.It’s going to be the biggest heavyweight fight ever. And it’ll probably be the biggest fight we’ve ever done,” said White.
