We could witness Alex Pereira taking down Dillon Danis in the new video as he showcases his grappling skills ahead of his next challenge which could come in any shape. Why are we saying this? Well, that’s due to the fact that Jon Jones appears to be interested in a last-money fight against Alex Pereira rather than defending his title against Tom Aspinall and as we know grappling would play a huge role if that fight ever materializes.

Well, his grappling video came just after Daniel Cormier emphasized that Jones would find it easier to subdue Alex Pereira if they went to wrestling and grappling, “I don’t know if Alex Pereira can defend takedowns against the best guys. He’s wrestling Glover; I’m sure Glover’s teaching him how to defend takedowns. I’m sure Glover, who’s a tremendous wrestler himself, has him prepared, but I don’t know how he will do in live action against a truly elite-level high wrestler. So yeah, Jon would prefer that matchup because it’s much less risky than fighting Tom Aspinall,” said Cormier.
