She recounted an unfortunate incident where the airline abruptly canceled her itinerary in the middle of the night. As if that weren’t enough, American Air automatically rebooked her on an earlier flight. This left her unaware and unable to make the baggage cutoff.

“Same airline that cancelled my itinerary at 2am while I was sleeping and very kindly automatically rebooked me for a flight that left 45 min EARLIER. How am I supposed to know to wake up to catch an earlier flight?”
