Moreover, the former UFC champ also mentioned an unresponsive American Air staff member slamming the door on him. Soon, the wrestling legend’s grievances reverberated across social media.

Israel Adesanya stands up against American Air

Joining the ranks of the American Air disgruntled, Israel Adesanya echoed Cormier’s sentiments by retweeting DC’s tweet. With it, he revealed his ongoing struggle to retrieve lost luggage that had vanished during his trip to Puerto Rico.

The UFC middleweight champion took to Twitter to vent his frustration, mentioning the airline’s inability to locate his suitcases despite having filed the necessary paperwork weeks ago. With his trademark charm, he expressed his lingering hope for their safe return to Auckland.

“I’m still waiting for my suitcases that never showed up to Puerto Rico to make it back to Auckland… That was 3.5 weeks ago. Filed the paperwork and all that. I have hope.”

Laura Sanko, the beloved UFC commentator, also added her voice to the chorus of discontent. She recounted an unfortunate incident where the airline abruptly canceled her itinerary in the middle of the night. As if that weren’t enough, American Air automatically rebooked her on an earlier flight. This left her unaware and unable to make the baggage cutoff.

“Same airline that cancelled my itinerary at 2am while I was sleeping and very kindly automatically rebooked me for a flight that left 45 min EARLIER. How am I supposed to know to wake up to catch an earlier flight?”
