The entire conversation started with Rogan and Bronson discussing the value of one million dollars. Bronson was quick to point out that there has been a decrease in the value of the dollar.

Bronson then revealed a bitter truth and said that making one million dollars in this day and age is not sufficient. He even pointed out that most people aren’t even making that much of money. Rogan, after listening to the claims, said, “In California, that’s about to become the average home price.”

However, Bronson disagreed with Rogan and said, “I mean, eight years ago, I was in Vancouver and they told me that was the average price.”

Talking about the decrease in the value of the dollar, the JRE host was concerned for the people of California. He pointed out that most people are in debt because the average price of a home has gone up.

Rogan said, “And what does the average person make? I think they make 62,000 dollars. It’s insane. The average home being a million. Like everyone is in debt. And then you got companies that are buying up houses. Just so they can lease them out to people and make money leasing to them.”

The UFC color commentator has always been worried about the people of California, where homelessness has become a major problem. Rogan discussed in one of his podcasts how the Californian state spent $24 billion to improve the lives of its people, but homelessness remains an issue.

Joe Rogan is concerned about the homeless people in California

Joe Rogan invited legendary Royce Gracie, the winner of UFC 1 in his JRE MMA podcast. While speaking to the legend, Rogan recounted how the state invested $24 Billion for the homeless people. But, reports suggest that the state has failed to track some of the money. As a result, the money is yet to be used effectively and the problem of homelessness still prevails in the state.

The JRE host shared his concern and said, “Yeah, you know and just the whole way they’re dealing with the homeless situation is f***ing insane, you know.”

The UFC commentator also felt that the situation has only gotten worse since he left California. According to the JRE host, it would take California decades, if not centuries, to return to its old self.
