Conor McGregor has finally broken the silence about his return fight. The UFC megastar has been under heavy criticism for reportedly missing the USADA deadline for his comeback fight in 2023. According to reports, there is no information available on McGregor’s current USADA status. With USADA stating earlier that the Irishman will not receive an exemption to the six-month testing period rule, he had to enroll in June for eligibility to compete in 2023. So far, no positive news has come out about the same, leading to speculations about the opposite.

Meanwhile, McGregor’s coaching stint on season 31 of The Ultimate Fighter opposite prospective opponent Michael Chandler is also proving to be disastrous. Filmed earlier this year, five out of twelve episodes of the show are already out. Almost halfway through the competition, Team McGregor is trailing 0-5 behind Team Chandler. To make things worse, recently leaked footage from the show revealed that team McGregor lost the sixth fight and will be 0-6 by the end of the next episode.

With things not going well for the former champion anywhere, fans were beginning to doubt his conviction about a return to the cage. However, ‘The Notorious’ has reaffirmed his stance on the subject via a recent tweet.
