The world knows that Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler have bad blood between them. They are TUF rivals who were slated to face each other this year. However, because McGregor failed to join the USADA pool, the fight fell through, infuriating Chandler even more.
TUF or The Ultimate Fighter is the competition where McGregor and Chandler started beefing first. They were coaching opposite teams and now, TUF 31 has been a harrowing defeat for McGregor’s team, with Chandler walking away with all the wins this year. Now, amidst all this, McGregor missing the USADA and punching the Miami Heat mascot just added fuel to the fire.

TUF 31 has been disastrous for former Lightweight champion Conor McGregor. Ever since it started, McGregor’s team has been suffering consecutive losses at the hands of Chandler’s fighters. The current record stands at a disappointing 0-7 loss to Team McGregor. Fans are speculating that this will be a clean sweep for Chandler and that Conor McGregor will have lost the coaching fight against Michael Chandler.
The news suggests that there is a shimmer of hope for Team McGregor, however. Although nothing is confirmed yet, rumor is there is an inter-team transfer on the cards for McGregor and Chandler which can, in some way, attempt to even the scales in favor of McGregor.
The Todd Adkins Show Tweeted a picture of Jason Knight and wrote a caption claiming that Knight would be transferring to team McGregor and that he would be in the finals, facing an opponent that is yet to be disclosed.

While this certainly spices things up for what has been a really anticlimactic season for TUF, there is no official announcement or news to confirm this piece of information. It is after all insider news. However, as Dana White‘s reputation as a wizard of fight card-making precedes him, there is no saying that this is not a strategy that White is resorting to.
TUF 31 – What do we know so far?
McGregor and Chandler are yet to settle their beef, in the ring. However, it seems, that Michael Chandler is ahead of McGregor, so to say, as his team has not lost a single fight to any fighter from Team McGregor.
After his win over Landon Quinones, Jason Knight handed coach Michael Chandler a 7-0 victory. Now McGregor, finding himself in a pickle, approached UFC President Dana White to prevent an 0-8 clean sweep for Team Chandler.
