The color commentator Joe Rogan has had his fair share of ups and downs. His career transitioned from being a kickboxer to UFC to the world’s top podcaster. Despite his background as a fierce fighter, Rogan also possesses a talent for comedy. His podcasts have become quite a spectacle due to the consistent comedic elements that he incorporates.

Recently Joe Rogan acted as the host the Jimmy Carr a British writer, actor, and stand-up comedian in his podcast ‘Jre Experience’ #2045. The duo indulged in various topics however the podcast began with Carr having a conversation about the world of comedy and the financial benefits behind it. Notably, this is not the first time Rogan hinted at his desire for financial knowledge.

On episode #2045 of ‘JRE Experience’, Joe Rogan had the privilege to host Jimmy Carr. The podcast begins with the duo delving deep into the world of comedy. Jimmy Carr praised and congratulated Rogan for his new comedy club ‘Comedy mothership’. Carr added that he went to the club and was astonished by how much money was spent on building it.

Carr was steadfast on this topic, obviously, since he is a comedian himself. He also mentioned that he is writing a comedy course on how to write jokes and how to perform stand-up comedy. He added “I’m working at the moment on a, I don’t know whether it’s a book. I think it might be like an online course on how to write jokes. How to be a stand-up.”

Carr further quotes that this is the golden era of comedy. He added “: Here’s my vision for it. I think we’re going through a golden period, but maybe it’s just beginning. Comedy is quite a new medium. We get to be the Beatles or the Rolling Stones, or certainly, someone in our generation does.”

He further added “ You know, if you think about it, George Carlin and Richard Pryor were like John the Baptist. When someone’s coming through, it’s like that feeling of it getting bigger and bigger. My vision is that it gets taught at school. So we teach music, drama, and art, and I think stand-up comedy is an art form”. Carr’s observation about comedy led Rogan to be illuminated about the massive $2.5 billion comedy industry in the USA. Rogan’s insatiable thirst for both controversy and knowledge was evident in his podcast with Sam Altman.

In episode #2044 of ‘JRE Experience, Joe Rogan talked with OpenAI’s CEO, Sam Altman. They indulged in a conversation surrounding various topics such as artificial intelligence, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), and the FTX issue. While having the conversation Rogan added a statement that increased the bullish sentiments of Bitcoin lovers.

He added “ The real fascinating crypto is bitcoin, to me, that’s the one that I think has the most likely possibility of becoming a universal viable currency. It’s limited in the amount that there can be, people mine it … that to me is fascinating, and I love that it’s been implemented.”. This was one of the few incidents where Rogan had praised the crypto world.”
