The Prudential Center in New Jersey burst into applause and cheers as the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, entered the arena to witness the action in the Octagon at UFC 302. Needless to say, it was a thunderous welcome. Trump met with a lot of entities while he was at the arena in New Jersey. One of them was the former UFC LW champ, Khabib Nurmagomedov. Hours after their meet, Nurmagomedov’s former coach has revealed what the two talked about.

Trump was escorted into the arena by UFC head honcho, Dana White. The former president went straight up to the commentary box and shook hands with Jon Anik and Joe Rogan. Soon after, the fight fans remarked the moment to be a replica of UFC 296, as Trump pulled in the UFC color commentator into a handshake and exchanged a few words with him. Later in the night, he met Khabib. What did the Dagestani and Trump talk about?

In the latest interview by ‘Red Corner MMA’, Javier Mendez was asked the same thing. He revealed that the former UFC champion asked if there was anything that Trump could do to stop the war in Palestine. He said, “Yeah, I saw that Khabib meeting Donald Trump, and I, you know, the only thing I go is I can go on Instagram, and actually Khabib told me that yeah he met him, and asked, ‘Hey, you know, is there anything you can do on the Palestine War? To stop the war?’”

Mendez said, “War is, war is not good for humanity, you know. Humanity, we all need to love each other and take care of each other. For me, it’s not about this or that. It’s about humanity. And we all need to be compassionate to our men and women and children. Especially children. So for me, I’m not against anybody. I’m just against hurting humanity. I’m against that.”

The Palestinian War has the entire world on the edge. It seemed like Nurmagomedov was also heartbroken by the recent acts in the war. The talks pointed toward ‘The Eagle’ asking the former president if he could stop the war in Palestine.

What did Khabib Nurmagomedov and Donald Trump talk about?

In a video of Nurmagomedov’s meeting with Trump, which has gone viral, ‘The Eagle’ can be seen saying, “I know you’re gonna stop all this Palestine war.” Following this, the former president assured Nurmagomedov, saying, “We will stop it. I will stop it.”

Additionally, as per Khabib’s manager Ali Abdelaziz who witnessed the whole interaction, Trump gave the former champion a huge compliment. According to the Dominance MMA manager, Trump said Khabib was his favorite fighter!

Trump’s presence at the event drew more than the attention of the Russian phenom. Former middleweight champion Sean Strickland gave Trump a shout-out and posed with him for a picture after successfully dismantling Paulo Costa over five rounds in the co-main event.
