Taking to his Instagram, the former lightweight champion emphasized that he would love to clash against Jon Jones as he has been his dream fighter since the day he entered the MMA world – “This is the only fight I’ve wanted since the day I arrived.” In addition to that, Hill offered the heavyweight champion a way out of Dana White’s decision, “Handle business on Saturday and tell me where to sign !! Tell me where to sign @jonnybones,” wrote Hill.

The last time Jamahal Hill entered the Octagon was against Alex Pereria, who knocked him out in the very first round to defend his light heavyweight title at UFC 30. Since then, ‘Sweet Dreams’ has been calling for a rematch against the light-heavyweight champion. Fighting Jones can give Jamahal Hill some redemption, although it doesn’t appear that Hill has moved on from Pereira. However, Hill is not the only fight that has intrigued Jon Jones.

Alex Pereira sends seven words after Jon Jones issued a challenge to him

Jon Jones didn’t only namedrop Jamahal Hill and Derrick Lewis but he also ascertained that he would love to relinquish his heavyweight title to face Alex Pereira for a BMF title fight. “Fighting Pereira for the BMF belt, that would be cool. We both have two belts in two weight classes and the night we fought we would be both fighting for our third belt, which would be the BMF. How cool would that be,” said Jon Jones.

A fight with Alex Pereira would be highly lucrative for the promotion, as both fighters generate substantial pay-per-view numbers. However, following Dana White’s recent confession, things are beginning to look uncertain. Still, that didn’t stop Alex Pereira from expressing his willingness to fight Jon Jones. “Chama my brother. Let’s make them wait”, Pereira responded to Jones in a post on Instagram, tagging both Jones and UFC CEO Dana White.
