Conor McGregor, the former UFC double champion, has often insulted his fellow fighters on social media. ‘Mystic Mac’ indeed grabs the attention of every single fan with his Tweets. His trash-talking skills have made him stay relevant even if he has been out of action for a long time. Moreover, he seemingly has the superpower to exact a reaction from Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz.

Recently, a fan happened to point out a few reasons why he thought Gilbert Burns was one of the most overrated fighters in the UFC and shared it on Twitter. Surprisingly, ‘The Notorious’ joined hands and made fun of Burns’ first name. Soon after that, Abdelaziz sent a reply to McGregor, stating that he doesn’t have what it takes to defeat ‘Durinho’.

McGregor is arguably one of the biggest internet trolls from the UFC. He has seemingly never spared a moment to ridicule a possible opponent. Recently, a fan’s tweet caught the Irishman’s attention. It pointed out that ‘Durinho’ was, in fact, one of the most overrated fighters. It revealed three-pointers for the Brazilian, which claimed that the biggest achievement he had was a “close fight” with Khamzat Chimaev. The post also pointed out that he hadn’t defeated a single opponent under 35 years since 2019. Lastly, it attacked Burns by stating how badly he was defeated by Dan Hooker and Belal Muhammad.

Undeniably, McGregor also joined hands and mocked the welterweight fighter. He replied to the tweet and made a laughing stock of the Brazilian’s first name. ‘The Notorious’ wrote, “Ye  but what a name, “gilbert””.
