As the premiere of season 31 of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ edges closer, the war of words between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler continues to escalate. The trailers and sneak peeks into the show have done more justice to McGregor than Chandler. Fans got to see McGregor violently shove Chandler’s face out of the frame and verbally dominate him in the footage that is available now. However, ‘Iron’ Mike is not planning to sit back and take it. The former UFC title challenger recently took to Twitter to fire one back at McGregor.

The UFC announced earlier this year Conor McGregor’s path to return would begin with a second stint on TUF. They also announced that McGregor would be coaching opposite Michael Chandler. With two of the most entertaining fighters on the current UFC roster, this matchup received a lot of hype after the announcement.

However, the date and venue for the fight remain unconfirmed as Conor McGregor’s tussle with USADA remains unsolved. Meanwhile, both fighters have wrapped the filming for TUF and are waiting for the premiere like the rest of us.

Michael Chandler fires back at Conor McGregor for TUF incident

If the promos are anything to go by, Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler are going to deliver an exhilarating season of ‘The Ultimate Fighter.’ The trailer for the show gave the fans a look at some of the action from the upcoming season. The footage showed in-cage action between the contestants and a violent altercation between the coaches.

Further, a second promo clip showed the first meeting between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler on TUF 31. What took off about the clip was McGregor saying “You’ll do what you’re told” to Chandler during their conversation. Many fans pointed out how McGregor’s trash-talking skills had Chandler at a loss for words.
