Conor McGregor has been a trailblazer in mixed martial arts. ‘Notorious’ has started various business ventures. The McGregor Fast program is one initiative the Irishman started as a fitness enthusiast. The former UFC double champion often posts about techniques from his program. Recently, one post had fans puzzled. Thus, ‘The Notorious’ elaborated on it.

‘The Mystic Mac’ had a strong team behind him and he always believed in them. The former two-division UFC champion came from a small camp from SBG, Ireland. It was his grit and preparation that made him successful inside the Octagon. And backed by his excellent work on the microphone, he became the biggest thing in martial arts, if not combat sports.
Recently, a clip, where he is moving his body in an unseen manner while modeling shorts, received backlash from fans.

Thus, the self-proclaimed Face of the Fight Game shared an elongated comment on one post where he talked about its origin. McGregor explained it was a technique from the Ido Portal method.
Mr. Whiskey mentioned, “This is an incredible way to keep your spine, and your self, forever young! I move mine daily like this. Morning, evening, night.”

Besides, McGregor shared it on his Instagram stories and wrote, “Made the shade room I’m the shadiest all time around my town… Ido Portal taught me these! Back on buzz with my bro Ido #spinalwaves #movement.”
The Irish star has been very active on his social handles after recently teasing a rematch with ‘TBE‘ Floyd Mayweather. Besides, he had an indirect warning for Nate Diaz as well!

In the past week, McGregor posted a clip of one of his highlights from his marvelous performance against Eddie Alvarez. However, it was the caption that was rather amusing.

‘The Notorious’ wrote, “I am Ireland you little cockroaches don’t forget it.”
While the post could very well be about the Irish star singing praise of his accomplishments in the Irish MMA scene. It could also be a dig at Nate Diaz, considering McGregor has used the famous ‘cockroaches’ comments against the Stockton star before.

A dialogue from the iconic Scarface movie – “I bury those cockroaches” while referring to the Diaz brothers was quite popular with UFC’s Diaz brother’s opponents. Even Jorge Masvidal, while flaunting a Scarface-inspired suit, used a similar term for Nathan Diaz.
