Multiple-time BJJ world champion Gordon Ryan recently showcased a downsized physique due to a severe strep throat infection. However, he has been posting on social media as ‘The King’ provided details regarding what goes into his daily diet plan in a story on his Instagram account.
Gordon Ryan underwent a drastic change in his body size that mortified a lot of fans. His health deteriorated after having dealt with stomach illnesses. Ryan shared an update regarding the issue he was facing in an Instagram post. His stomach looked flatter than it used to be. Furthermore, the former ADCC champion mentioned that his illness got so bad that he was finding it hard to elevate his heart rate.

The BJJ goat received a lot of criticism from people on social media due to his depleting muscle mass. This happened due to his medication, which included consuming antibiotics to tend to his Streptococcus infection. However, he has continued to provide updates regarding his health. He recently shared the details regarding the contents of his diet with his fans and followers on Instagram.
Gordon Ryan reveals his diet contents
In a story on Instagram, the former ADCC champion mentioned how people have been asking him about his diet for a long time. He shared a video while having his food and said, “People ask about my diet. This is mostly it.” The contents of his diet included a lot of protein with a mix of vegetables.

Considering his size, it is not unusual to see Ryan revealing that he consumes a lot of meat, be it chicken, turkey, or any other kind. While he was about to eat the food that he had with him, ‘The King’ added, “Chicken and rice, pasta and chicken, turkey, meat, eggs, bread, avocado, veggies.”

Gordon Ryan appears to be training and working out now, which was apparent in another story he posted on his Instagram handle. Moreover, now it seems he is in a better place in terms of his health after he recently posted a picture with the UFC color commentator, Joe Rogan, hanging out at his comedy club, ‘Comedy Mothership’. Ryan even praised the 55-year-old after opening his comedy club a few months ago.
