While UFC enthusiasts are looking forward to seeing Sean Strickland in the main event of UFC 293, UFC legend Chael Sonnen has expressed his thoughts on a scenario even ahead. Chael Sonnen is quite verbose in terms of expressing his opinions about numerous scenarios within the realm of MMA. Well, he once again expressed his thoughts on who Israel Adesanya is going to fight if he eventually prevails against Sean Strickland.

Sonnen expresses his in-depth analysis of the MMA through his YouTube videos. And he seemed to do the same thing recently as he shed light on the probable opponent of ‘The Last Stylebender’.

What did Chael Sonnen have in mind considering Israel Adesanya?

Sonnen clarified the likely opponent Adesanya would select if he wins the match against Strickland in Sydney. Well, to do that, he considered the undefeated middleweight Khamzat Chimaev and the guy who, due to an unforeseen situation, was not able to be his opponent, Dricus du Plessis.

Comparing both the middleweight bigwigs, he said, “It is not a simple question to say who is better between du Plessis and Chimaev. But I do believe that Adesanya will make up within his mind who is more difficult and I believe that’s the person he will go after. As wild as that sounds, as Anti helpful to your own career as that could be, that is how he works. There is a fine line of Genius in his sanity. Adesanya is the perfect example of that.”

Well, it was clear from Sonnen’s statements what he thought about Adesanya’s prospective opponent. He asserted that Adesanya would undoubtedly select the option he felt was simpler for him. He described Adesanya as brilliant because he thought he was intelligent enough to make a precise choice. Either Chimaev or du Plessis, could surely be a tough nut to crack for the middleweight champion. Considering the middleweight champion, he recently sparked attention after sharing an Instagram story.

Recently, Israel Adesanya shared a quirky fact about himself on Instagram. ‘The Last Stylebender’ posted clips of himself getting his nails done on Instagram. In addition, the UFC fighter appeared to be conducting an interview.

The $4 million star revealed his torn pair of socks to his fans in a separate story. His feet were nearly visible because the pair of socks he was wearing was entirely shredded at the bottom. Well, considering the image, the fans had a lot to react consequently.
