The popular American rapper, Snoop Dogg, also joins the podcast host, in the episode he talks about being a die-hard fan of the actor. Both men expressed their love for the martial arts icon. The West Coast rapper further in the episode revealed that he owns a life-sized statue of the MMA figure.

Joe Rogan and Snoop Dogg discuss Bruce Lee
Bruce Lee was one of the legendary actors who showcased pure martial arts fighting for the American audience. MMA fans fondly remembered his impactful Martial arts films to this day. The fighter, who sadly passed away at an early age, stands tall in the history books for his work. MMA fighter and UFC commentator Joe Rogan also showcased his admiration for the Martial Arts Legend.
While speaking to Snoop Dogg in episode #1733 of The Joe Rogan Experience, the fighter revealed his love for the actor.
The ex-MMA fighter expresses, “It’s kind of crazy that one guy [Bruce Lee] and one particular style of movie created like a whole way that people wanted to fight.” talking about Bruce Lee’s famous hits of the 70s. He adds “They wanted to start kicking people.” talking about the extent people went to replicate Lee’s stylish moves.
Bruce Lee’s stylish kicks were quick and satisfying to watch “Before that, it was like fisticuffs.” and adds “It’s so attractive for people to fight that way, they like kick each other and sh*t”.
The jiu-jitsu black belt credited Lee for inspiring him to become an MMA fighter while growing up. “He’s absolutely the original reason why I got interested in martial arts.” claiming Lee “influenced a whole culture.”

Guest, Snoop Dogg explained how he was a “Die-hard” fan of the influential actor. He shared, “I got a big life-sized statue of Bruce Lee at the front door of my building…”. The Rapper confessed how big of a fan he was and added, “With his shirt off and the three scratches on his chest…” describing the appearance of the life-sized Bruce Lee statue.
