The Last Stylebender – That is what they call the current UFC Middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya. Widely hailed as one of the best Middleweight champions of all time, Adesanya and his bitter rival, Alex Pereira have always put up a good show for the fans. After Adesanya’s video went viral, Alex Pereira went ahead and made a version of his. Keeping the ball rolling, UFC Light heavyweight fighter Johnny Walker uploaded a video of himself doing the same. However, all this was in good humor and both fighters had a good laugh over it. But what did the fans have to say about this camaraderie?

The fans of the sport are always looking for interesting developments both inside and outside the ring. While most of the action outside the ring is fueled by anger and resentment, this video that shows Johnny Walker mimicking Adesanya’s training process was far from it.
“Man, why do you make it so easy to love ya?” commented a fan, laughing hard at the easy-going Light heavyweight fighter’s sense of humor. “Lol you doing both” said another fan, pointing to the fact that Walker was in the middle of weight-cutting while he was dodging balls. “Always good to dodge balls” read another comment. Other comments like, “Walker is different“, “Absolute Train, insanely fast and hits insanely hard. Haha“, “love ya johnny“, and “@johnnywalker LETSSSS GOOO!!!!” came in. Referencing Adesanya’s fondness for Naruto, one fan commented, “Itachi or Naruto?” while another commented, “Johnny Walker? No! JOHNNY RUNNER! Another level.“.

Is dodging ‘tennis balls’ the new training regime?
Israel Adesanya has an innovative training process. Sometimes that process may involve a tennis ball or two thrown his way that he has to dodge. Long-term rival Alex Pereira took the opportunity to take a dig at Adesanya’s training process with a video of his own. This might not have been as light-hearted as Walker’s. However, people lost it on seeing Johnny Walker making weight and dodging tennis balls, poking fun at the Middleweight champion.
