The fight for the BMF title between Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje is right around the corner, and the world of mixed martial arts has begun picking the winners. The UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya also decided to predict the winner. However, he did it in an unconventional way.

‘The Last Stylebender’ made a compared the fight to a car crash and the fight between ‘The Highlight’ and Conor McGregor’s former opponent. Nonetheless, the fight has kept the hype for UFC 291 high, as the world lies in wait to see who would be crowned the new BMF.

As the date for UFC 291 approached, the Nigerian mixed martial artist took to YouTube and decided to predict the outcome of the fights. Undeniably, he made speculations about the main event, as well. 

The fighter said, “I was like, okay, let’s see, Justin Gaethje and disciplined Dustin, you know, do their thing and then, maybe like round 3, round 4 championship runs. You know, it’s gonna like okay, because it’s 5 rounds, then it’s okay. The dog comes out and they see who the real- You’re made of. Skill first and then like you have to bring the power of will into it. But these n****s just wanna go. A car crash for the ages. I like that.”

Adesanya was head over heels for the disciplined ‘Diamond’ and speculated that he would be the one to wear the BMF belt. He concluded, “I’m gonna go with Dustin. I think he’s disciplined.” Furthermore, the champion left the fans free to choose their own winners. 

Dustin Poirier believes Gaethje is a reckless fighter

Poirier recently had a talk with Fred Pinto, where he opened up on his upcoming fight. Although the two of them fought previously, and Poirier rose victorious before, Poirier declared that he had to be more careful this time.

He claimed that Gaethje had improved his defensive game and it would be a tougher fight than their previous battle. But that didn’t stop him from commenting on Gaethje’s recklessness. Finally, he left it all up in time to disclose.
