In JRE episode 1929, he explains that he has an unusual ability to handle a lot of stress, and can settle into whatever situation he is in.

He said, “I was surprisingly not that anxious. I have a unusual ability to handle a lot of stress. Like I just kind of settle in to whatever that is. And I go okay, this is what we’re doing. I can not freak out. And so this is not that stressful because I got really good people here.

Rogan attributes his ability to handle stress to his approach of accepting the situation and not freaking out. He also mentioned that he has a great team of people working with him, which helps alleviate stress.

He said, “I watched him do that and I thought that’s how I feel about comedy. I’d like to have a club and be the place where new guys come in and encouraging awkward comedians.
