Rogan explained that the aim of Sober October is to get the healthiest shape in the month of October. Moreover, drinking and indulging in any type of soft drug is strictly prohibited. To top the notch, the podcaster also has strict dietary and exercise guidelines for all people involved.
The commentator also shared that he and his friends have toned down the level of competition since it once got to a point where everyone was going for overkill in order to win. Furthermore, the host also revealed that because of his competitive itch, he did cardio for 7 hours straight.
Rogan is a fitness fanatic and has also hosted a number of guests on his show, who are experts in the field of health and exercise. He also said on the same podcast, “One must workout every day, one must burn 500 calories in a workout every single day,” he explained. “Seven days a week, 365 days, well 30.”
