According to Rogan, cold plunges have several benefits for one’s body, and going for a cold plunge every day is a healthy habit. Although he does not recommend it to others, Joe Rogan has also done a 20-minute cold plunge. Recently, one of Rogan’s very good friends, Dana White also talked about cold plunges and regular exercises.

Unlike Joe Rogan, Dana White was not always known for his fitness prowess. If we rewind a few years, Dana White did not pay much attention to his health. However, White has turned things around for himself and has built an incredible physique.

White recently appeared in an hour-long podcast with Grant Cardone where he talked about everything from business to his health. The UFC President talked about his recent fitness routine. “I wake up in the morning, I do the cold plunge, I do the alkaline pad, I do the oxygen, and then I do the red light, and then I do my workout. I do it every day. I’m addicted to it”, said White.

In September of 2022, Dana White revealed what led him to improve his health on The Action Junkeez Podcast. White once visited a human biologist & mortality expert. According to White, the expert named Gary Brecka could predict death by just studying a person’s DNA.

Brecka ran White’s DNA through some tests and gave the UFC President the shock of his life by revealing that he had around 10 years to live. Apparently, White was going through a lot of health issues that had to be solved.
