UFC announced that the newly crowned women’s bantamweight champion Julianna Pena and the women’s featherweight champion Amanda Nunes will serve as coaches for The Ultimate Fighter 30. The decision received a fair share of backlash.
Later, when the list of TUF 30 fighters became public, UFC fans once again took to Twitter to criticize the roster. One name, i.e. Rob ‘Bobby Maximus’ MacDonald, bore the brunt of the criticism as he has been inactive since 2009.

However, not all fans were disgusted by UFC’s choice. Some suggested that including ‘Maximus’ is a good selling point and might garner a lot of attention for the show.
