The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend has gained a reputation for his sharp tongue and unabashed approach to calling out his adversaries. While he has never shied away from taking shots at those he dislikes, one particular target that has repeatedly felt the sting of Ryan’s words is none other than basketball superstar LeBron James.

Gordon Ryan’s disdain for LeBron James has been evident on numerous occasions, including the time the NBA star bought a $37 million mansion. Moreover, Ryan never misses an opportunity to call him out. The tension between the two became evident once again when Ryan took shots against James recently after the latter’s son was hospitalized.

Recently, news broke about a distressing incident involving James’ elder son, Bronny James. The 18-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest during basketball practice at the University of Southern California.

As the alarming news spread, the entire sports community expressed concern for Bronny’s well-being. Fortunately, a spokesperson issued a statement confirming that he was treated at the scene and is now in stable condition. Amid this troubling situation, it was surprising to know Gordon Ryan’s opinion on the incident.

Posting a screenshot of an article reporting the cardiac arrest, Ryan accompanied it with the dismissive caption, “Nothing to see here” on his Instagram story. The remark came as a shock to many, given the seriousness of the situation. While many did not like Ryan’s comments about Bronny James being hospitalized, former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen was of the opinion that EPO was responsible for the basketball player’s collapse.

However, this is not the first time Gordon Ryan has taken a dig at LeBron James.

A heated exchange happened months ago when James took to social media to troll the Memphis Grizzlies after a victory. He posted a cryptic Instagram message, “If you ever see me fighting in the forest with a Grizzly bear, HELP THE BEAR.” Many believed ‘The L-Train’ aimed this at Dillon Brooks of the Grizzlies.

Seizing the opportunity, Ryan took a swipe at James. He referred to James as “the guy who would get wrecked by a blue belt” on his Instagram story. Just like always, fans gave him a polarizing response for this. But it just seems like Ryan remains unfazed by the public comments.
