The final match between Miami Heat and Denver Nuggets gave the world an adventure one could seldom forget. With Conor McGregor playing a skit where he knocked out the Heat mascot in the fourth game, the world of mixed martial arts got involved and had all eyes on the court. The event garnered reactions from even the UFC president, Dana White. However, the victory of the Denver Nuggets exacted reactions from various UFC professionals. 

After the seamless victory of the Nuggets, professional mixed martial artists, like Gilbert Burns, Alexander Volkanovski, Belal Muhammad, and Aljamain Sterling, took to Twitter and shared their thoughts. Although not every single fan was happy at Nuggets’ victory, many including Muhammad, were seemingly disappointed at the absence of the Heat star, Jimmy Butler. Nevertheless, the match seemed to excite the world of combat sports.

The entire globe was immersed in the enthralling match between Heat and Nuggets, as Nikola Jokic and his team snatched the championship trophy from the Miami Heat. Without a doubt, the warring teams attracted eyes from other sports as well. And MMA was indeed one of the many.

The mixed martial artists went on Twitter in order to congratulate the Nuggets and express themselves. 

Although Sterling was rooting for the Heat, he didn’t waste any time in congratulating the Nuggets on their big win. He further revealed that he felt like the New York Knicks could have won.

Volkanovski sent a shout-out to Jamal Murray and Aaron Gordon as they helped the Nuggets win. He indeed seemed to believe that the boys deserved the win. He also shared a couple of pictures where he was training with the Nuggets.

Finally, Burns seemed pretty upset with the outcome of the NBA finals. He put forth crying emojis as a response to his support for the Miami Heat.

Later, it was revealed that the whole thing was a skit for the promotion of ‘TIDL’, a pain relief aerosol spray. But the world was still in dismay.
