Although Joe Rogan has etched his name in the brutal sport of MMA with the experience and knowledge that he brings to the table, his affinity towards golf is substantially low. The 55-year-old UFC commentator might be a fan of Tiger Woods’ comeback story, but he has declared that he would never play golf.

In a previous episode of his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan invited a fellow comedian, podcaster, actor, and author, Joey Diaz to the set. The two began their conversations by praising Jamie Vernon, the co-producer of the JRE podcast, for his skills in golf. Without a doubt, the JRE guest seemed to be very fond of the sport. However, Rogan soon revealed that he would never play golf due to his fear.

Joe Rogan won’t play golf because he’s scared

In episode #1973 of the JRE, Rogan, and Diaz had a lot to talk about on the set. But it was golf that initiated the conversation. At the beginning of the podcast episode, Diaz praised Jamie for his skills in golf.

Immediately after, the JRE host declared that the producer was indeed addicted to golf. He said, “Yeah, he’s addicted to that golf. See him out there with the simulator just ‘whoop’, ‘whoop’, ‘whoop’…” This was followed by a bit more praise from the guest. But when Diaz asked Rogan if he wanted the golf ball, the podcaster came out with a secret.
