Former UFC champion Khabib Numagomedov visited famed soccer stadium Old Trafford, in Manchester, England for a home game of Manchester United. ‘The Eagle’ is a massive fan of soccer and he’s expressed an interest to compete in the game professionally. This was Nurmagomedov’s first time at the historic stadium and he was interviewed in the stands prior to kick-off.

Khabib Nurmagomedov detailed an interaction he had with megastar players Cristiano Ronaldo and Paul Pogba of Manchester United. All three men are titans in their own right and the ideo of a conversation between them sends shivers down the spines of all sports fans.

Nurmagomedov revealed that he had some pre-game exchanges with both men where they detailed their process of preparation before a game.

“Yes, yesterday we talked little bit and we discussed about today match but they say today they going to be on bench but second half they going to come in, you know. Pogba, world champion, Cristiano is a legend, European champion.”

“How many times he won the championship league. It was honor to talk to them before the match. It was very interesting for me like how they’re feeling, what energy, what they doing before the match, like night before the match. Because I’m athlete too and I have this feeling and it was very interesting how football player feeling.”
