Recently, MrBeast, a popular YouTuber, released a video titled “1,000 Blind People See For The First Time,” in which he funded surgeries for 1,000 blind people. However, the video received backlash from some people who accused MrBeast of doing it for financial gain and attention on YouTube.

Joe Rogan defends Mr. Beast
In a recent episode of the JRE podcast with Bill Ottoman, Joe Rogan spoke his mind about MrBeast’s recent controversy and defended the YouTuber’s actions. Rogan talked about there is always going to be a certain group of people calling someone out, no matter how good his or her actions are.

Joe Rogan defended MrBeast‘s actions, saying, “He does so much good. It is so interesting to watch him do the thing. I get it. His content is fantastic, so what he is trying to do is maximize the reach of his content. It’s just clever.”
Rogan went on to address the criticism MrBeast received, stating that people engage in “recreational outrage” and are always looking for an angle to criticize someone’s actions. At the same time, he also showcased support for free speech. “It’s just funny because you cannot do anything that won’t piss someone off. Because people are engaged in recreational outrage, and that’s what they are doing. The beauty of the nature of the first amendment is that you should be able to express yourself. So, I fully support those c*nts”, Rogan said.
MrBeast on Joe Rogan’s podcast
MrBeast appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast #1788 last year. On the 2.5-hour-long podcast, MrBeast discussed his YouTube career, philanthropy, personal life, and much more with Rogan.
