Dillon Danis and Logan Paul do not like each other. And while feuding in public is a common tactic for promoting a fight, the animosity between the two is very real and palpable. More than rivals or opponents, the words ‘enemy’ or ‘nemesis’ seem more appropriate.

And the feud has drawn in people from all walks of life. Including, of course, Danis’ friend and training partner Conor McGregor as well as famous Canadian pop star Drake. The pop star has made a huge bet that could either go very well for him or make him really regret it.

Drake and Conor McGregor go back and forth over Paul vs. Danis

Drake took to Instagram and revealed that he had placed an eye-watering $850,000 bet on Logan Paul winning his bout against Danis by knockout. He explained the reasoning behind this in the caption to the post. “Never bet against personal vendetta and settling scores @stake @loganpaul,” he wrote.

This prompted a response from Danis’ friend and former two-division UFC champion, Conor McGregor. ‘Mac’ took to the comments section of Drake’s post and backed his friend and training partner, Danis. “Dillon all day!” he commented on Drake’s post.

Dillon Danis and Logan Paul have a heated pre-fight press conference

The two men have been feuding for a long time, but it reached a climax when Danis began publishing images of Paul’s girlfriend, the Danish model Nina Agdal with other men, and even a nude picture of the model on social media. He also made disparaging comments about her and challenged Paul to a bet. These actions made Agdal serve Danis with a cease and desist order and a lawsuit for violating her privacy. Now the two men will face each other in a boxing match a few hours from now at the AO Arena in Manchester, England.

Their grudge match will serve as the co-main event for the card to be headlined by the bout between KSI vs. Tommy Fury. The two had a weigh-in and pre-fight press conference yesterday, which got really heated. During it, Danis hit Paul on the head with a microphone after Paul tossed a water bottle at him. Paul also brought BJJ maestro and Danis’ former rival from his grappling days, Gordon Ryan, to the event. Ryan, too, indulged in some trash talk against his 2017 ADCC opponent. Who do you think will win the Danis-Paul bout? Let us know in the comments section below.
