‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ is a legend in the world of combat sports. With his superior boxing skills, he has mesmerized every single soul spectating his fights and demonstrations. However, when it comes to organizations and promotions, ‘Iron Mike’ preferred the UFC instead of boxing.
In his talk show, ‘Hot Boxin’ With Mike Tyson’, the legendary boxer and ‘The Undertaker‘ claimed that boxing wasn’t as impressive as UFC events. He focused on the intermissions and revealed that while intermissions in boxing were boring, those in the UFC were much more entertaining.
Tyson said, “It’s entertainment. You see, boxing is not entertainment that should have a fighter type of thing. But like, after that one fight is over and it’s intermission, nothing’s happening. People are talking to each other. UFC, when they have an intermission, it’s a party. There’s some people just go for the party, talk, do business… That’s why UFC is more advanced than boxing. Boxers get paid more money, but the entity of the UFC… billion.”
