“If They Were the Same Size”: “200-Plus Pounds” Logan Paul vs Floyd Mayweather Fight Outcome Questioned by Joe Rogan 2 Years After WWE-Star’s Mega Boxing Bout

Floyd Mayweather is arguably one of the most polarizing figures in the history of boxing. He is hated by a lot of people. However, his prowess inside the squared circle is second to none. UFC color commentator Joe Rogan recently talked about ‘Money’s fight against YouTuber-turned-WWE superstar Logan Paul while mentioning the sheer size difference between the two athletes.

Mayweather held over 15 major world championships. He is a former five-division champion who ended his professional career as an undefeated boxer. He made waves on social media after he took on a much larger Logan Paul in an exhibition fight.

Joe Rogan claims Floyd Mayweather would have knocked out Logan Paul

The 55-year-old commentator recently expressed his astonishment at witnessing Floyd Mayweather still carrying the same level of skill and agility at the age of 46. In JRE episode #1998, he said, “He’s [Mayweather] is still very, very fast.” Furthermore, he recalled watching ‘Money’ fight Logan Paul, who is significantly bigger in size and stands six-foot-two inches tall. Rogan added, “He fought Logan Paul! Logan Paul weighs 200-plus pounds. I think he’s just too big.”

Joe Rogan mentioned how surprised he was to see Logan Paul’s big stature. However, he believes that if both fighters were of the same size, then the 50-0 undefeated legend would have easily defeated the YouTube star. Rogan added, “If they were the same size, I think Floyd would have knocked him out. But Logan was so big. He’s so much bigger than him.”

When they put on the picture of Mayweather and Paul facing off, the podcaster couldn’t help but chuckle at the sheer size difference between the two athletes. “It’s so crazy to see a guy who is the best boxer of all time having a fight with this super athletic gigantic YouTube kid (chuckles). I mean look at the size difference. It’s insane,” said the JRE host.

What happened at ‘Money’s fight against Paul?

There was a lot of hype leading to the Mayweather vs Logan Paul fight. This fight was ‘Money’s second post-retirement exhibition match. The fight lasted the entire eight rounds and was a great spectacle for the fans. Mayweather dominated most of the fight.

The fight did not have a winner since it was an exhibition fight. Their fight would have only had a winner if there was a knockout. Regardless of the outcome, it proved to have done some good business.
