The ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor knows how to keep the spotlight on himself. He also has a knack for trash-talking but at times takes it too far. Since his debut in the UFC, he has won over the fans with his quick-wittedness and earned their ire by going over the limit at times. His recent antic seems to have had the latter effect as it backfired on the Irishman.

Logan Paul delivered a brutal thrashing to Dillon Danis, a close friend of Conor McGregor, in their bout. It was scarcely a contest; rather, Paul unleashed a relentless barrage of punches while Danis focused on defending himself. McGregor, in his typical style, attempted to take a jab at Logan Paul, but initially, his attempt appears to have misfired on the Dubliner.

The ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor always seems to be making headlines due to his antics on social media. Once again, he has done so. To support his friend Dillon Danis, McGregor, who was mostly staying away from the Danis-Paul feud, came out in support of Dillon Danis by posting a tweet on his X (formerly Twitter) handle.

McGregor had declared his support for Danis prior to the fight. He had also taken a few shots at his teammate’s opponent on social media. However, Danis’ performance barely did as much damage as his social media antics and McGregor’s comments after a weak performance from Danis did not sit down well with the fans.

McGregor tweeted “ Logan, me, and, her. WhatsUp “, McGregor’s comment on Logan Paul and Nina Agdal didn’t sit well with the fans. They took to the internet to express their displeasure about McGregor’s actions. Some of the comments are as follows :

It is rather clear that fans are discontent with McGregor’s behavior towards Agdal. They emphasize that they are losing their respect for the former dual-weight champion. One of the fans even reminded McGregor about his loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Moreover, McGregor’s friend, Dillon Danis failed to even showcase a proper fight against Logan Paul.

The Dillon Danis vs. Logan Paul feud: Anticlimactic end to a hyped fight

The feud between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul finally seems to have come to an end with the fight. Danis who was expected to pull out of the fight, actually showed up and fought Logan Paul. However, his performance was as lackluster as ever.

The match initially started off with Paul having total control. Danis seemed like a helpless man in that ring. Paul dominated the entire match, However, at the end of the match, Danis tried to guillotine Paul but failed and was even attacked by Paul once again, which forced the security to intervene and pause the match.
