According to ‘MMA Junkie‘, the judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County dropped the charges against Tony Ferguson with a plea deal by the prosecutors and defense.
The misdemeanor charge against the UFC veteran was dismissed after he pleaded nolo contendere to one of the misdemeanor charges that involved him recklessly driving on the highway. Instead, Tony Ferguson will serve one year of probation. He can now focus on his upcoming fight on December 15.
