Jake Paul and Mike Tyson sat together in the podcast ‘Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson’. During the chat, the YouTuber-turned-boxer revealed that he takes an ice bath three times a day. After knowing about Paul’s addiction to ice baths, Tyson revealed how it feels, he said, “You stay in an ice bath for like a minute it starts getting hot and you start burning. You get cold freeze yeah” After listening to ‘Iron Mike’, the sensational boxer added, “The ice bath is the best though game changer” to which Tyson responded, “You have to do it. Well, it tests your courage too.

‘The Problem Child’ agreed with Tyson about the challenges one faces during an ice bath. He added, “Yeah it’s like a daily mental battle and it’s like doing something every single day that you don’t want to do, like even as much as I do it I’m still like ‘Okay here we go, here we go.’ But it helps with anxiety and just energy and just one of my favorite things… lots of hyperbaric, lots of ice baths, red-light therapy. Just everything for recovery.According to him, an ice bath helps not just physically but also mentally. He claims that it even helps him overcome anxiety. Paul has made it clear that even he sees the benefits of an ice bath, which is highly promoted by UFC commentator Joe Rogan.

Even at the age of 56, Joe Rogan has an impressive physique. The UFC commentator often takes to his social media platforms to go into detail about the diet that he follows and the training he takes. He also discusses such topics with the guests of his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience.’ In the #1847 episode of JRE, the former Fear Factor host sat down with renowned comedian Theo Von. While talking with Von, Rogan played a video of him doing an ice bath. Both the UFC commentator and Von watched the video and then Rogan said, “See the ice in there… So I worked out, and then I went to do this. I usually do this right after cardio.
