“Warrior” Female Boxer Leaves UFC Legend Jorge Masvidal Drooling With Her Performance Inside MMA Cage

MMA isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. Even if you are an expert in a certain martial art or a skilled boxer, it won’t be enough to win a mixed martial arts match. And there have been a couple of such instances where that has been proven true. A similar instance took place in Bellator MMA a while back; when a then-unbeaten boxer, Heather Hardy, entered the MMA world and was already one fight old in Bellator. However, in her second fight, she was pitted against a taller opponent, Kristina Williams, and that changed the course of the wind for Hardy. The fight had a disastrous end for the boxer-turned-MMA fighter and a clip of it recently resurfaced on the internet. And when the UFC star, Jorge Masvidal, witnessed it, he felt obliged to share it on his social media since the fight left him utterly shocked.

A wild MMA match leaves Jorge Masvidal speechless

Jorge Masvidal stays quite active on social media and treats his fans with some interesting fight-related stuff. Recently, the UFC star stumbled upon a fight from 2017 and was rendered astounded by its horrific nature. This Bellator fight ended on a horrific note as Kristina Williams slaughtered Heather Hardy on the latter’s second outing in MMA. And Masvidal has to share it with his fans given how intense it was.

The video captures the scenario from weigh-ins, where both fighters appear equally confident. And cut to the fight, where Kristina Williams uses her height to her advantage and delivers a vicious kick to Heather Hardy, which defeated her and gave her a broken nose. That was one horrible knockout to witness.

Speaking of knockouts, Jorge Masvidal still holds the record of the fasted knockout in the UFC. But then again, he hasn’t fought in the UFC for quite some time now. And all the fans are desperately waiting for the ‘Gamebred’ to make a strong comeback.

What is next for the Gamebred?

There is one fighter who’s been itching to take on Jorge Masvidal for a while now. The Brazilian welterweight, Gilbert Burns. There has been a lot of back and forth between the two UFC fighters over their potential octagon matchup, but nothing significant has happened yet in terms of the fight materializing.

The ‘Gamebred’ last fought Colby Covington at UFC 272 and lost the bout via decision. Furthermore, Masvidal has now cut ties with his management agency and now will make his own decisions with his MMA career.
