He usually fights with fighters who are either older than him or not in the rightest of condition to fight. As a result, Paul has not lost a match in his boxing career. Now, the YouTuber has decided to turn to MMA in order to enjoy the thrill of fighting. It is doubtful whether Paul will be able to handle the lethal nature of the sport. Starting with Michael Bisping, criticized the boxer for his antics. According to the UFC legend, the behavior that the popular YouTuber portrays is not sustainable in MMA. If Jake Paul continues to call out people bigger than him in MMA leagues, he will not be able to build a worthy career. Apart from this, some UFC legends like Chuck Liddell himself have talked about the situation. When asked in a video about the 26-year-old, the ex-UFC fighter said some pretty shocking things. In a recent video, the retired UFC fighter was caught running an errand by a reporter. The man then went ahead to ask him, “hey remember a while back I talked to you and you said you wanted to fight Jake Paul? Well, now he’s into MMA signing with the PFL. Are you still interested in that fight?

The UFC legend adds how he is too old and retired to fight now. However, when the reporter asks him whether he’ll accept a contract set up by Jake Paul, Liddell’s answer was a confirmed ‘yes’. He made sure to clarify that he will clearly be doing it for the money. In case such a hypothetical fight offers a lot of money, Liddell would be down to fight Paul.

Will Chuck Liddell ever fight Jake Paul?

This is an interesting question, as Liddell kind of answered it himself. However, the prospectus does seem unlikely from the UFC legend’s point of view. It can be pretty much confirmed that Jake Paul would want the fight to take place and so would the fans of both of the fighters.
