MMA and combat sports journalist Ariel Helwani recently put out a tweet confirming the match between YouTuber-boxer Jake Paul and British boxer Tommy Fury. The match is finally set to take place on February 25 after Paul’s two unsuccessful attempts to make the fight official. Both fighters have reportedly agreed with the terms for a boxing match.
Jake Paul‘s two unsuccessful attempts to set up a fight with Tommy Fury first started in December 2021. But the British boxer pulled out of the fight reportedly due to an infection in the chest and a broken rib as well. Paul vs Fury was announced once again in August 2022. But Fury had to pull out of the fight as he had some visa trouble and was denied entry into the USA.

It will be one of the biggest crossover boxing bouts in a while as both fighters remain undefeated in the professional boxing scene. However, many fans have reacted to Ariel Helwani‘s tweet and have shared their opinions on this matchup. Paul has now also entered the MMA world hoping to replicate his boxing success inside the cage.

A lot of people think that Tommy Fury may pull out of the fight and Jake Paul will resort to fighting a veteran MMA fighter once again. There were also some fans who indicated that Paul will make a move to MMA after the Tommy Fury fight regardless of the outcome of the bout.

Some Twitter users hold the opinion that Fury‘s pullout from the upcoming fight with Jake Paul will have the ‘Problem Child’ fight MMA legend Tyron Woodley for the third time.
