Jake Paul waited forever to fight the British professional boxer Tommy Fury. ‘The Problem Child’ failed to organize a proper boxing match between the two on two separate occasions in the past. Therefore, many fans felt skeptical about their possible meeting in the future. But, UFC Veteran Chael Sonnen thinks that Paul is being taken for granted in the boxing community. The fans lost their will to support the Youtuber, and an increased amount of haters are out to get him down at every turn. So, the question remains, will Paul or Fury pull out of their possible match?
Tommy Fury’s match-up against Jake Paul won’t make any difference
‘The American Gangster’ praised Paul’s spirit for his insane motivation and spirit. But, felt he lacked proper guidance in terms of building a career as a professional boxer. Because, lately, fans of boxing and MMA don’t seem to give enough credit for Paul’s victories. And his upcoming bout won’t be any different.

Sonnen explained, “Whoever is advising him (Paul) and telling him to do that they’re lying to him.”
“They’re setting him up.” Because no matter what Paul ventures into, it ultimately backfires on him from the fans’ perspective.
He further added, “The boxing community is setting him up” “and I think that’s low”
The UFC Veteran also believed that his hugely anticipated bout against Reality TV star, Tommy Fury, won’t boost his image as a boxing champion.
The Problem Child needs to re-evaluate his company
Jake Paul recently signed a multi-year contract with PFL to establish a ‘Super Fight League’. But, many UFC veterans saw the financial disparity the concept of a ‘Super League’ brings to other divisions. However, the Youtuber-turned-Boxer is completely right to pursue his interest in MMA.
Therefore, Sonnen explained why Jake Paul faces constant criticism, despite his efforts.

“I also think that he (Jake Paul) should be rewarded when he does do that stuff… Anybody else would be”
“And when he goes out and gets something done, including if he goes here against (Tommy Fury) and he beats him…he’s not going to get the credit, he’s not going to get the pat on the back.”
Therefore, the American gangster believes Jake Paul needs a new team of advisors to strategize his career, going forward. Especially since his low image among boxing fans.
