The result of the boxing bout between Jake Paul and Anderson Silva is causing some stir among fans. While many credited Paul for a solid effort against Silva, some others accused ‘The Problem Child’ of foul play. UFC commentator Joe Rogan recently gave Paul credit for his fight only to receive severe backlash from some fans.

Paul beat Silva via a unanimous decision to secure the win. He also knocked down ‘The Spider’ in the eighth round. Several combat sports experts believed that Paul’s performance against the protean striker Silva was commendable, and among them was the 55-year-old Rogan.
Fans blast Joe Rogan for recent Jake Paul remarks
On the JRE episode #1892, Rogan and his guests talked about the Jake Paul-Anderson Silva bout. Rogan discussed a clip of Paul knocking down Silva and credited him for his punching power and boxing skills. He also added that while Paul was not the best fighter in the world, he was certainly getting better with each fight.

The JRE host’s comments did not sit well with many fans. They took to the comment section to let Rogan know their thoughts on his take.
Certain other fans accused the BJJ black belt of being in cahoots with Paul. A fan wrote, “Joe got paid! 🤣.” Another person commented, “Somebody tell Joe to wipe his mouth off.” Similarly, a social media user commented, “Damn joe is on the payroll too 😂.”
A fan also responded by writing, “Joe Rogan back on the DMT again🤣.”
A person also wrote, “Joe Rogan twerking for Joke Paul 😂.” Further, an Instagram user described Rogan’s take by writing, “Conspiracy theorist Joe Rogan calling this crazy IS CRAZY.”
Some other fans dismissed this as another poor take from Rogan. Another person wrote, “Just like Ronda would beat Floyd in boxing right Joe? 😂😂😂😂😂.”
“This the same guy who cried cause Ronda rousey was just the greatest ever right?” wrote another.
Joe Rogan’s thoughts on Jake Paul’s drawing power
While discussing the Paul-Silva fight, Rogan also commented on the 25-year-old’s drawing power. One of his guests, Bert Kreischer, asked if Paul made a lot of money from these fights. The millionaire podcast host responded affirmatively.

“From what I understand, he’s the f*cking main seller of pay-per-view in these cards and these cards are doing pretty well. So that means he’s making some money… He’s made $40 million from his three fights in 2021… I mean, he’s probably making as much, if not more, than any other boxer alive other than maybe, say, Tyson Fury.”
Rogan also added that Paul made money, as it was his own promotion that put his fights together.
