Jake Paul secured a unanimous decision victory over MMA legend Anderson Silva in their highly touted boxing match. Many considered Silva to be Paul’s most challenging test to date. ‘The Problem Child’ held his own against Silva to keep his undefeated streak intact. However, he was not the only one getting the spotlight, courtesy of former UFC star Nate Diaz.

Jake Paul called out Nate Diaz to box a while back. The pair had traded verbal shots at each other before. So it was no surprise that conflict ensued when team Diaz showed up at the event.

According to reports, team Diaz allegedly brawled with Jake Paul’s team backstage at the event. Nate Diaz came to offer support to his teammate Chris Avila, who was fighting the influencer, Doctor Mike, on the card. Avila won the fight via unanimous division. A clip that surfaced on the internet showed Diaz and company being escorted out of the building.

In the short clip, Diaz asked his teammate, “Why are you recording them kicking us out…?” He also said, “That’s assault, brother,” to the security personnel when they tried to physically force them out.

Scuffles like these are not new to Diaz and co. They were involved in a similar altercation before UFC 279 as well. With things heating up between Nate Diaz and Jake Paul, we might see them square off in the ring in the not-so-distant future.

During his post-fight speech, Jake Paul called out Nate Diaz and Canelo Alvarez for future boxing bouts. Paul has expressed his interest in Nate Diaz for a while now. Diaz’s recent exit from his UFC contract only makes matters easier for the fight to be made.

MMA’s hottest free agent showed up at the event with his entourage to support their teammate. They were allegedly involved in a brawl with Paul’s team. Paul referred to the scuffle during his post-fight call-out of the Stockton-based fighter.
