Former five-time UFC champion Tyron Woodley suffered a major setback when he lost to YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul via knockout. Up until the finish in round six, the fight was rather uneventful, and it seemed like yet another slow-paced decision was on the cards. However, ‘The Problem Child’ landed a devastating overhand right that found its target in round six.

Woodley folded like a lawn chair and hit the canvas face-first with the referee immediately waving off the fight. This is Woodley’s second straight loss to Jake Paul, and he’s 0-2 as a professional boxer currently. In the eyes of many fans, it’s going to be supremely hard for Tyron Woodley to bounce back from this setback.

Prior to the finish, the combat sports community was busy sounding off on how uneventful the fight truly was. A large chunk of the fanbase compared the rematch to the first showdown, and they had nothing positive to say about both fighters. However, the moment Woodley went down like a stack of cards, MMA Twitter lost its collective mind.

A large number of boxers also came out and talked about how jaw-dropping the victory truly was. George Kambosos Jr who is the talk of the town after beating Teofimo Lopez was quick to tweet out about the fight. Not to mention, Ryan ‘King Ry’ Garcia anointed Jake Paul’s KO over Tyron Woodley as the best one of the year.

Boxing pundit and former coach to Mike Tyson, Teddy Atlas also went on a long soliloquy about the aforementioned fight.
