YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul continued his verbal onslaught on Dana White in one of his latest tweets. Dana White recently revealed that he wanted Jake Paul to subject himself to a two-year program that would test him for steroids. Paul understandably pushed back against White’s claims and has shared his candid views on the same.
Jake Paul talked about how he has been criticized by Dana White for taking steroids while simultaneously being slammed for fixing fights. This is a claim leveled against Jake Paul by not just Dana White, but also several combat sports fans. Paul mocked Dana White’s sentiments, and he’s more than willing to stoke the flames of his rivalry with the long-time boss of the UFC.
Dana White claimed my fights are fixed and THEN claimed I’m on steroids… So I’m on steroids to win fights that are already fixed for me to win? Sounds logical…

Will Jake Paul’s boxing career be respected by fans?
An over-arching narrative surrounding Paul like a dark cloud is the fact that he’s either taking steroids or being involved in fixing fights. Chiefly, this narrative began once he cleanly knocked out Ben Askren back in April. Many fans took to social media and commented on how the fight was possibly staged with Askren primed to take a dive.
These rumors haven’t slowed down now that Jake Paul has knocked out Tyron Woodley as well. With two knockouts over two credentialed former MMA champions, the MMA community has turned on Paul. Additionally, steroid accusations fueled by UFC President Dana White certainly won’t help Paul win over the fanbase.
However, ‘The Problem Child’ is keen to play into the narrative of a heel and feeds off the boos from the crowd. This was on full display when Paul was present in the arena for UFC 261 in Jacksonville, Florida, not long after his fight against Askren. He even got into a cage-side altercation with UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier.
