Dillon Danis and the Paul brothers go long back. They have often come at each other with words filled with rage on social media. Danis and Logan Paul even engaged in a grudge match back in October 2023, which ended with Paul defeating Danis and chaos erupting all around the ring. Well, the bout didn’t end with a knockout or decision, but Danis was disqualified because he charged in to grapple with Logan Paul. But now it seems like the welterweight mixed martial artist isn’t done yet, as he revealed some dirty tricks played by the Paul brothers.

Jake Paul is about to face Mike Perry on the 20th of July, in an 8-round fight at Amalie Arena, Florida. However, Danis recently declared that he and Perry were in the talking phase to get themselves into a fight. But it was apparently the older Paul who put the bout in jeopardy.

Before agreeing to fight ‘The Problem Child’, ‘Platinum’ was open to taking the fight to Danis in a bare-knuckle match. Despite the slander with Danis, Perry cleared the air that the two of them were good and had no hard feelings about each other. But it did look like we were going to get a fight scheduled between them, right? With no further developments on the fight, Danis has blamed the Pauls.

Just a few days before ‘The Problem Child’ entered the squared ring against Perry, the former Bellator contender made some noisy revelations on Instagram. He even dragged in Jorge Masvidal’s fight with Nate Diaz. It was indeed a PPV that didn’t perform as well as the officials initially expected, even though the PPV price was just $24.99.

Danis took to the IG stories and wrote, “Funny how obsessed the Pauls are with me. Me and Perry had a fight and a lock-signed contract on my end, and someone leaked it to Jake Paul, so he went and sabotaged it. It’s okay though, it will do like 5 PPV buys like Diaz and Jorge fight. I’m the king of this s**t.”

Needless to say, this wasn’t the only time Danis took up arms against the Paul brothers. There was once a time when he even branded them as ‘fake brothers’.

A couple of months before the grudge match between Logan Paul and Danis materialized, the former Bellator contender appeared on ‘The Full Send Podcast’. Therein, Danis took notes and revealed that their family dynamics were a bit peculiar. If you guessed it already, Andrew Tate had also commented on that. 

During the interview, Danis claimed, “Jake is fake, I think. Their fake brothers, like Andrew said, go at each other in a way that real brothers wouldn’t. They oppose each other, like opposing forces. You can’t let him bring in Prime when he lets him bring something.” This further intensified the heat between Danis and the Paul brothers, which eventually led to a grudge match.
