It is a known fact that things are not very good between UFC star Conor McGregor and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao. It all started when Pacquiao found himself embroiled in a legal dispute with Paradigm Sports, Conor McGregor’s management company. Pacquiao was accused of breaching his contract with the sports management firm, and the court ruled against him.
The court held him liable for over $8 million payment to Paradigm Sports. Later, the boxing star refused to pay this amount. This legal setback kick-started the animosity between McGregor and Pacquiao. Ever since then, the Irishman has never shied away from taking a jibe at Pacquiao. Recently, the former UFC champ did something of that sort on Instagram.

‘PacMan’ joined Paradigm Sports at the end of 2020. A fight between him and ‘The Notorious’ was going to take place after McGregor vs. Poirier at UFC 257. ‘The Notorious’ was knocked out by Poirier in this match which, according to media reports, also led to the loss of interest in a matchup between Pacquiao and McGregor despite a deal being almost finalized. McGregor later decided to fight Dustin Poirier again at UFC 264, which ended with his injury.
Moreover, the legal battle between Pacquiao further buried the fight. But McGregor, who was recently at a BKFC fight, tweeted how he intended to “blow his [Pacquiano’s] head off with a back hand in bare knuckle.” However, he deleted the tweet soon after.
