Jake Paul will take on Nate Diaz on August 5th at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. However, former UFC star Darren Till claimed that ticket sales haven’t been good for their boxing match. He even called out Conor McGregor‘s sparring partner Dillon Danis for a fight on their undercard.

Darren Till left the UFC after competing for eight years in Dana White‘s promotion. ‘The Gorilla’ claimed to have different plans for his future. However, as of a recently deleted tweet, he called out ‘El Jefe’ Dillon Danis for a boxing match. Let us see what he had to say.

‘The Gorilla’ has provided no updates regarding his next move since leaving the UFC. But he shared a tweet recently, claiming that the ticket sales for the Jake Paul and Nate Diaz fight have not met the promoters’ expectations. Moreover, he called out Dillon Danis for a showdown. Till said, “[Dillon Danis] I heard Jake Paul X Nate Diaz sales aren’t going 2 good.”

‘The Gorilla’ expressed his interest in being a part of the event and fighting Danis if ‘El Jefe’ wanted to accept his challenge. Till added, “I’ll jump on the undercard with you and let you knock me out for a few quid if you fancy it, mate. Respectfully.”

The Briton appeared to be respectful in his callout and showed no malice towards McGregor’s sparring partner. Meanwhile, Danis seemed to be interested in that fight.

Dillon Danis accepted Till’s challenge

‘El Jefe’ acknowledged Darren Till’s callout for a fight and accepted his challenge. He shared a response to ‘The Gorilla’s tweet and said, “Let’s do it.” However, Dillon Danis hasn’t fought in a professional bout since his fight at Bellator 222. But he remains confident that he will beat Darren Till easily.

In another tweet, Danis took shots at Darren Till, claiming that the Englishman only wants to fight him in a boxing match because he can’t defeat him in an MMA fight. Moreover, Conor McGregor’s training partner believes that he’ll dominate Till in any sport they decide to compete in.

Dillon Danis may have had some strong things to say about him trouncing Darren Till. However, his recent withdrawal from the boxing match against YouTuber KSI has only created doubts among fans about whether he’d actually consider fighting again. We will have to wait and see what unfolds in the days to come since we’re less than a couple of weeks away from the Paul vs. Diaz fight.
