We definitely did not expect Conor McGregor and Logan Paul to meet this way. The two were supposed to meet in a squared ring in India with each getting $250 million just to show up for the fight. But it seemed like nothing more than a publicity stunt, as Dana White himself denied it all to be true. Nevertheless, McGregor and Paul never really dropped the act. They took their advertising skills to the next level and had a verbal war while en route to Donald Trump’s swearing-in ceremony.

Coincidentally, McGregor, Jake Paul, and his older brother were all on the same bus that took them to the venue. Many already expected this after watching the trio share a bus ride. But ‘The Notorious’ seemed serious about the battle. He claimed, “This is the real deal, you know that bro… We’ll do it.” However, ‘The Problem Child’ fell sick at the wrong time, seemingly jeopardizing everything.

Thereafter, seated right behind the Paul brothers, ‘Mystic Mac’ threatened to slap them both, along with KSI. He said, “Listen, here’s the deal. I’m going to slap the head off the two of you and KSI. You are nixers to me. Do you understand that? You’re side jobs.” But the younger Paul wasn’t going to let McGregor walk free. He wasted absolutely no time in lashing back at the former UFC double champion and said, “You can’t even do your main job. How can you do your side job?”

McGregor’s anger isn’t something that’s unknown to the world. Back when he faced Khabib Nurmagomedov, the Irishman went to great heights to diss the Dagestani champion. But the same wasn’t true for McGregor vs. Paul. One fan reflected on this and wrote, “From this point forward everything they say about each other is fake. I don’t believe it. Cause if Connor really does actually hate somebody he’s far more destructive.” One more fan added, “Hanging out with the Paul family isn’t finally crossing paths.”
