Jake Paul and Tommy Fury are hours away from settling their differences inside the ring. However, a UFC veteran has stepped forward with some sensitive information regarding the fight.

Fury and Paul have been at each other’s throats for months now. However, the fight fell through twice before because Fury encountered a health issue and later a visa issue. Now, the stage is finally set for the celebrity boxers to duke it out for the world to see. On February 25th, the pair will contest in Saudi Arabia to see who is the top dog.

However, UFC veteran Mike Perry had some sensitive information about the fight. He took to Twitter to share it with the world. The former UFC and BKFC star shared a supposed script for the fight between Paul and Fury. Hours later, Paul’s foe and MMA star Dillion Danis also shared the same, insinuating that the fight had been rigged.

Nevertheless, fans saw through the script and pointed out it was a poor attempt at a joke. Several of them pointed out ‘flaws’ in the scripts that proved it was not a real thing.

Fans react to Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury leaked ‘script’

In the image Perry and Danis shared, we can see the round-by-round description of the fight. The script dictates that Fury and Tommy take control of different rounds until Fury gets his eye injured. As the fight proceeds, the injury will take its toll and Paul will capitalize on it to get a stoppage win.

The ‘script’ also laid out directions for the fighters to follow to set the stage for a rematch in the US.

Perry shared it with the title “what’s happening?” while Danis wrote, “i’ve been the one telling everyone since day 1.” However, the script failed to convince a large group of fans. They responded by calling out the fighters for falling for it.

Paul has always faced accusations of fighting rigged fights. Despite his last few wins over reputed combat sports athletes, some fans and pros still refuse to accept him as a legitimate fighter. Therefore, such an audience is more likely to entertain this script.

However, the majority of the responses from the fans suggest that it is impossible to enact certain aspects of the script. For them, the script is illogical and therefore fake.
