For that, the IBO champion will now have to pay a hefty fine of around £375,500 ($499,574), which is almost half a million dollars. Hearing this news, UFC legend Michael Bisping gave his take on the whole situation on social media.

A boxing reporter on social media by the name Nick Peet appeared to take issue with Eubank Jr. having to pay almost $500,000 for missing weight. Claiming that a shoe lace weighs exactly the same as his 0.05 lbs weight miss, Pete appeared to back the IBO middleweight champion. While Bisping appeared surprised by the fine Eubank Jr. has to pay now, in the end, he claimed there’s no one to blame except the IBO champ himself for not making weight.
